Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate and formal nature of our products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the security tag remains attached and the garment is in original condition.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unworn garment in its original packaging with all designer tags and protective plastics intact.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the item. Approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
